Special Needs
We have designed Children's Dental Village to be a welcoming and safe environment for your children-physically and emotionally. We believe that your children are precious, full of joy and spontaneity. They arrive in your family with unique personalities and special needs. When you select us to care for their dental needs, we want to know about their special needs! Please tell us if your child is afraid of loud noises, has separation anxiety, autism, delayed development, or any other special need. We are eager to show you just how much we care by catering to their needs-and yours too!
We've learned a lot about special needs from our Therapy Dogs Star and Sunshine. Sunshine is afraid of thunder storms and wind. She knows well in advance when barometric pressure has dropped and a weather change is on the way. Star won't let her owner out of her sight for one minute. She follows her from room to room no matter how many times she has to pick up from a nap and move.
