Insurance - Insurance plans vary greatly. In order for us to process your insurance claims please provide us with current insurance information. Any balance not covered by your insurance company is your responsibility.
Financial Arrangements - We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks at time services are rendered. If you desire other financial arrangements, upon approved credit, we are happy to create a payment plan with you.
