Sharon S. Practice Coordinator, Employed November 1994

SharonWith over 20 years as a dedicated team member at Children's Dental Village, Sharon has covered many roles within the business team. You may run into her assisting with your check-in or check-out process or answering your phone call. Currently focusing primarily on insurance claim payments and processing, she is a great resource for any of your insurance questions. While mostly a "behind the scenes" team player, one of her favorite aspects of working at CDV is the interaction with the patients and their families. Hearing the patients' and parents' stories and sharing life experiences through the eyes of a child can be especially insightful.

When not busy caring for the families of CDV and interacting with fellow team members, Sharon enjoys sports (football and lacrosse are her main events), books, movies and spending time with family and friends. Married and mom to two college-age kiddos, she is proud of the adults her son and daughter have become. Watching them create and achieve their goals is a joy and she is grateful to have them both attending local universities. As Sharon steps away from day-to-day parenting, she is relishing the idea of filling some of that time with travel and adventures.

Beginning Thursday, March 19th and continuing until further notice, Children’s Dental Village will be incorporating restrictions on non-essential and non-emergent patient care. If your child is currently scheduled for a routine cleaning, a member of our team will reach out to you to reschedule.

We do not take this decision lightly and want to reassure our families thatwe will be available for all dental emergencies as always. If your child is experiencing a dental emergency please call the office and follow the prompts to be connected with the doctor on call.

We regret that we must restrict our patient care, but are serving our patients in the safest manner possible by following the advice of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention under these difficult circumstances. In doing so, we will safeguard the health and safety of our patients, our care providers, and the whole community. We hope you understand, and we thank you for your cooperation.
