Scheduling Appointments

At Children’s Dental Village, your child’s appointment is scheduled to meet the requirements for their specific age and the services he or she will be receiving. In an effort to accommodate the needs of our youngest patients, we prefer to schedule their appointments before noon when we find they are most eager and cooperative, leaving afternoons available for school-age children.

While we realize that emergencies do arise, please call at least 24 hours in advance so we may offer that time to another patient. If you arrive 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but hope you understand if it becomes necessary to reschedule.

If your child has a dental emergency, call us as soon as possible to schedule a visit. In the event we are not in the office, our voicemail will give instructions on how to contact the doctor on call.

Beginning Thursday, March 19th and continuing until further notice, Children’s Dental Village will be incorporating restrictions on non-essential and non-emergent patient care. If your child is currently scheduled for a routine cleaning, a member of our team will reach out to you to reschedule.

We do not take this decision lightly and want to reassure our families thatwe will be available for all dental emergencies as always. If your child is experiencing a dental emergency please call the office and follow the prompts to be connected with the doctor on call.

We regret that we must restrict our patient care, but are serving our patients in the safest manner possible by following the advice of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention under these difficult circumstances. In doing so, we will safeguard the health and safety of our patients, our care providers, and the whole community. We hope you understand, and we thank you for your cooperation.
